Description

Are you ready to move beyond casual AI use and become a true Prompt Engineer in your industrial environment?

Develop real-world AI prompt engineering skills for industrial environments.

In just one hour, you'll learn how to structure effective prompts, refine AI outputs, and apply ethics and data safety practices. This course gives you a solid foundation to start using AI responsibly in your daily work.
This beginner-friendly course introduces the fundamental concepts and techniques of effective prompt engineering through real-world industrial scenarios.

Across five modules, you'll build a structured prompting mindset using the 4 Pillars framework (Role, Context, Instruction, Format), master advanced techniques, iterate and refine AI outputs, and integrate AI into complex operational workflows. All while safeguarding sensitive data and applying the Human-in-the-Loop principle for safety-critical tasks.

By the end of this one-hour course, you'll be equipped to use AI as a powerful, secure, and reliable tool in your daily operations.

What you will learn

Build effective prompts using the 4 Pillars framework: Role, Context, Instruction and Format.
Apply advanced prompting techniques, including few-shot prompting, delimiters, and iterative refinement, to generate reliable AI outputs.
Design complex workflows using chained prompts and prompt libraries for multi-step industrial tasks.
Use AI safely and ethically by protecting sensitive data, applying the Human-in-the-Loop principle, and recognising bias in AI-generated outputs.
