Description
This course provides an in-depth understanding of feeding planning and optimization in pasture-based systems, focusing on forage production and the nutritional balance of equine diets. Throughout the course, participants will explore the factors that influence pasture quality, assess nutritional composition, and adjust diets according to the animals' physiological needs. Furthermore, strategies for improving grazing efficiency and ensuring adequate energy and protein intake throughout the year will be analyzed.
